Overview

The Three-in-One Camera (TiOC) solution combines 24/7 monitoring, active deterrence, and real-time alarms with artificial intelligence into a single smart, innovative device. TiOC PTZ cameras adopt Auto-Tracking 3.0 technology, greatly expanding the monitoring scope of key targets. For distributors and installers, this solution saves time and reduces costs.

Features

Smart Dual Light
Dahua Smart Dual Light technology uses an intelligent algorithm to detect targets. Normally, the IR illuminator is on at night. When a target appears in the monitoring area, the white light turns on, and the camera records full-color video and key event information, linking snapshots with full-color footage. When the target leaves the monitoring area, the white light turns off and the IR illuminator remains on, efficiently reducing light pollution.

Face Detection
Supports 6 attributes and 8 expressions: gender, age, glasses, face mask, beard, and emotions (anger, sadness, disgust, fear, surprise, calm, happiness, and confusion). Face cutout settings are also supported for full face or one-inch photos. Three snapshot methods are available: real-time snapshot, priority snapshot, and quality priority.

IVS (Intelligent Video System)
Dahua IVS technology, powered by advanced video algorithms, supports intelligent functions such as tripwire and intrusion detection.

SMD 4.0 (Smart Motion Detection)
This technology works with intelligent algorithms to classify objects triggering motion alarms, filtering out irrelevant objects like small and large animals, preventing false alarms.

Xinghan Large-Scale AI Models-Vision
This system expands the storage and operational capacity of AI models by integrating edge AI algorithms with NPU computing power. Designed with a lightweight transformer architecture and enhanced through model distillation and quantization, it optimizes computing power consumption. This enables the system to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, combining small and large models optimized for edge devices.

Supports detection of motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles, faces and human bodies, optimization, capturing pictures, and uploading high-quality face snapshots.
It extracts attributes from motor vehicles and non-motors, detecting up to 10 attributes for motor vehicles and 8 for non-motor vehicles. It also extracts attributes from human faces and bodies, detecting up to 6 attributes for faces, and 8 for bodies.

Face Detection

Supports face detection, optimization, capturing pictures, uploading high-quality face snapshots and enhancing face images. Attribute extraction is also supported, where 6 attributes and 8 expressions can be detected. Face cutout is also offered, where you can cutout one face at a time and customize the size to be a one-inch photo. The supported methods for capturing snapshots are real-time capturing, quality first, and selecting a preferred image among a group of snapshots.

Construction Monitoring

Detects 6 helmet colors: Red, orange, yellow, blue, white, and black. An alarm will be triggered when a person is not wearing a helmet or when the color of the helmet that they are wearing does not match the configured color. It also supports compliance detection for work uniforms. Up to 5 work uniform sample libraries can be uploaded, which together can contain up to 1,000 images (the images must be 1080p and in the JPG format). An alarm will be triggered when the similarity between the detected work uniform and the samples in the library is below the set threshold (that is, below the minimum compliance standard for work uniforms). The system supports detecting the attributes of work uniforms such as the color of the uniform, and whether or not the person is wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. An alarm will be triggered when the target is detected as not meeting the set requirements. It also detects and triggers alarms when only one person is in the construction site, and when no one is present in the detection area such as when a worker leaves their post or an area is left unmanned.
