Product information

IMOU AOV PT Plus 6MP – Wireless Outdoor Security Camera with Solar Panel and AOV 3.0

IMOU AOV PT Plus 6MP (V7E-U-6X0S2/FSP008) is a smart wireless outdoor security camera designed to protect homes, gardens, driveways, holiday properties and other outdoor areas. It combines 6MP high-resolution video, AOV 3.0 continuous monitoring, Super Starlight full-color night vision and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.

The included 8W solar panel works with the built-in 10000mAh rechargeable battery, allowing the camera to operate without a permanent wired power connection.

6MP Resolution – Detailed Video and Wide-Area Coverage

The camera captures high-quality video at 3200 × 1800 resolution, making it easier to monitor people, vehicles and other objects.

Its motorized pan-and-tilt mechanism provides 340° horizontal rotation and 85° vertical tilt, allowing users to adjust the viewing direction remotely through the Imou Life app.

AOV 3.0 – Continuous Monitoring with Efficient Power Consumption

AOV 3.0 (Always-on Video) technology enables battery-powered continuous monitoring while optimizing energy consumption and storage capacity.

When no events are detected, the camera captures one frame every 3 seconds. When an important event occurs, it automatically switches to normal video recording at up to 15 frames per second.

This allows users to review activity throughout the day without the high power consumption associated with conventional continuous full-frame-rate recording.

Super Starlight – Full-Color Night Vision in Low Light

Super Starlight technology enables the camera to capture detailed color images in extremely low-light conditions without requiring additional white-light illumination.

This helps preserve important visual details, such as clothing colors, vehicles and surrounding objects, even at night.

The camera also supports infrared night vision with a range of up to 25 meters.

Intelligent Human and Vehicle Detection

The camera can identify humans and vehicles, helping users focus on relevant activity rather than ordinary environmental movement.

When an important event is detected, notifications can be sent to the Imou Life mobile app, allowing users to check the situation remotely.

Active Deterrence with Sound and Warning Lights

IMOU AOV PT Plus features sound and light alarms, including red-blue warning lights.

These features help draw attention to suspicious activity and discourage unwanted visitors from approaching the monitored area.

10000mAh Battery and Included 8W Solar Panel

The integrated 10000mAh rechargeable battery enables wireless operation without a permanent electrical connection.

The included 8W FSP008 solar panel provides supplementary charging using sunlight, helping reduce the need for manual recharging.

The solar panel can be mounted together with the camera or installed separately to optimize sunlight exposure. Actual battery life depends on sunlight availability, recording settings and activity levels.

Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 – 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz

The camera supports Wi-Fi 6 on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands.

The 2.4 GHz band provides greater potential coverage, while 5 GHz offers an alternative frequency band that may reduce interference in suitable network conditions.

Two-Way Audio – Communicate Remotely

The built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way communication.

Through the Imou Life app, users can listen to their surroundings and speak with visitors, delivery personnel or family members without being physically present.

Time-Lapse – Review Long Periods Quickly

The Time-Lapse feature makes it possible to review extended periods of activity in a shorter, accelerated video.

This is particularly useful for checking daily activity, monitoring environmental changes or reviewing a full day of footage.

Flexible Storage and Imou Life Management

The camera supports MicroSD cards up to 512GB and compatible cloud storage services.

H.265 video compression helps optimize storage usage, while the Imou Life app provides remote live viewing, recording playback and event notifications.

The camera also supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
